Precision materials and craftsmanship: high-quality thickened steel body: the main cabinet body uses 0.6mm Baosteel first-grade cold-rolled steel plate, while key load-bearing parts are upgraded to 1.2mm thickened cold-rolled steel plate. It is integrally formed through laser cutting, CNC punching, and CNC bending, with 90% gas-shielded welding for precision welding, providing a stable structure that resists deformation and avoiding the weld scars left by traditional spot welding, resulting in a flat and refined cabinet appearance. Anti-corrosion and weather-resistant coating process: it undergoes eleven tunnel-type pretreatment processes including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating, fundamentally preventing rust and paint peeling. The surface uses AkzoNobel environmentally friendly thermosetting epoxy resin powder coating, which is non-toxic and pollution-free, suitable for various office environments, and durable.
